It's a bit disappointing that the Diablo 4 beta hasn't convinced me as of yet, but I'm eager to play further (Set Items or not).Within the realm of PC games news is never dull. Our wonderful virtual world continues to spin on its literal axis, there's a plenty to anticipate in the next year.

The most thrilling announcements to emerge from January was the announcement by Blizzard that an entirely new game that is that is set within the "all brand new world" is in development and will add another bow to Diablo's and WoW maker's symbolic bow. The company wasn't the only one to announce something new and exciting however, as Apex Legends creator Respawn Entertainment has also announced that it is developing a new triple-A shooter.
For the ultimate reward the turn-based strategy game enthusiasts were rewarded with the news of the creation of a new studio run with the Doom and XCOM developers, who have teamed up to bring more strategy to the genre that is growing ever more.
The most memorable event of February was of course, Elden Ring. It was hailed as one of the most popular FromSoftware games ever and the RPG game soared up the charts, requiring players from all over the world to restore the item that was originally featured. Alongside Elden Ring, Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG brought ARPG/MMO hybrid Lost Ark to the West after a successful launch in Korea.
Although server queues were ablaze and players lost the desire to play The game has grown after launch and now features an array of thrilling types of zones and classes. Dying Light 2 also deserves an instant mention. After everyone loves zombies, and who wouldn't enjoy fighting zombies?
