Instanced dungeons are similar to POHs and run for 30 minutes after the group has left the dungeon. Unless you are part of a clan chat in which everyone can go through the same Dungeon, all players will have to experience it.

Different levels of difficulty will be offered at different entry points within runescape. Anyone can enter, however the dungeons with lower levels may have lower rewards. The items you have lost will be the ones that you normally lose in the event of your death. Sounds like a good idea.

I was thinking about some rooms that could make houses more functional and also provide additional advantages. Idea #1 A greenhouse. The greenhouse would allow you to create your own farm patches with one hotspot per type of allotment. You can make your own patches. If you increase the amount, you get better soil. Some even include super compost.

Greenhouse minimum threshold is 40. For other patches the minimum level is 40. You can hire an Instrument Leprachaun to hold tools and monitor your crops up to Level 50. (They are like servants and you must pay the fee. They can be hired on the Vinesweeper map.)
