EuroLeague Teams: EuroLeague teams used to be in the game. However, the EuroLeague rosters were removed from NBA 2K18. It didn't make any sense; playing as an European team was enjoyable as the game style was different.
The EuroLeague rules differ from those of the NBA. The three-point line is longer that makes it difficult to protect the perimeter effectively. It is very satisfying to get a stop on edge in the course of a EuroLeague game.
I always enjoyed playing as Real Madrid or CSKA Moscow in NBA 2K16. It was quite fun picking up a new roster and working out which players would be eligible for buckets.That's quite a leap in a game that used to play second fiddle to Electronic Arts' NBA Live.
After leaving the franchise in the dust, it's now getting its own distinctness from the material it was based on, says Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick, who added that the success of the game does not depend on whether the league is doing well or not.
"NBA2K is now a stand-alone as an entertainment experience," he says. "Once in the past, it was an add-on to the experience, and if you go back to when there was a lockout in 2011], that affected us. But we went into the pandemic . Obviously, no basketball was being played, and we did quite well. We did better than that.
