The present invention relates to polyepoxy polymers with improved properties produced by the reaction of epoxides and polyamines in the presence of chain-transfer agents. The polyepoxy polymers of the invention are particularly suitable as intermediates in the formation of foamed insulating polyurethane or polyisocyanurate polymers which are reactive with polyamines of the Mannich reaction.
