SMT Stencil Clean Roll's lint-free template roll material
Although no material is completely lint-free, some materials are almost lint-free. This is an important attribute to look for in a stencil wiper roll. Contaminated PC boards are a common problem. Although the contamination itself is often considered a mystery to printing press operators, the cause may come from the stencil wiping roller. This is mainly due to the sticky solder paste and the sharp edges of the template holes.

The template wiper roller should clean the template to prevent contamination. However, some stencil wiping rollers will leave fragments of their material on the stencil, which subsequently contaminates the PC board. When these contaminants pass through the oven, voids will appear.
