The game was incredibly unsatisfactory. The storyline was hard to follow and the game was awkward. Your player has to go through college football playoffs, the pre-draft visit and then a charity match with NFL stars. The way he performs in these games will determine the degree to which that he will be drafted. The risk of drafting in the wrong way is also a possibility. You could be selected as a quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars (New York Jets) and San Francisco 49ers (San Francisco 49ers).
Your player won't fall below pick three regardless of how poorly you play. It's absurd. The problem is that those teams already have quarterbacks who are rookies and the game does not shift them to a new team or explain what happens to them. As a wide receiver I dealt with a similar problem. My player was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals three times even considering that they Bengals already had three solid wide receivers.
