If you sign up the game, I suggest you rush to finish quests that give huge exp boosts/good reward. To see which quests offer the greatest exp boosts, you can look up the RS wikia. I would do those first to ensure you're on the path to weapons of higher level.
There are a variety of other monsters that you can take on. There are many quests that provide you with more monsters to fight, which may result in more lucrative rewards. Bosses will also allow you to earn more cash.
You can easily take on the King Black Dragon with 90 magical power. Then you can combat the Chaos Elements easily if you aren't afraid to risk some items. Both of these monsters are extremely profitable.
Yes, I do have more than 10 million. I'm a bit confused as to the process of bonding I've researched it a bit and sort of received conflicting information. I will likely sign up to pay in one month installments and pay the balance this morning. I'm anxious to get going (But I am trying to make myself study a few things more thoroughly before jumping in.
