Through Yoga, Pilates, Qigong and/or Mindfulness, students develop body awareness, balance, and coordination. Students also learn three-dimensional breath and methods to nurture the nervous system. We work on caring for the whole person– the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Special topic workshops bring yoga and Pilates perspectives to areas of student interest including digestion, osteoporosis, supporting immune function, insomnia, breath, safe stretching, back health, and feet.
