Solution 1: Uninstall and Reinstall MS Visual C++ package
- You need to first visit the Control Panel, and therein, go to Programs and Features.
- You now have to look for Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and click on it.
- Followed by click on Uninstall/Change.
- Click on Uninstall. Proceed as per the instructions that come on the screen and uninstall the program completely.
- When the program is uninstalled, turn off the system and restart it.
- Also delete the folder of Visual C++ package and now go for a fresh installation from the official website of Microsoft.

Solution 2: Use the Disk Cleanup tool
- The very first step is to hit a click on the Start menu, and then type “Cleanup”.
- And then, hit a click on the Disk Cleanup tool to open it.
- Moving ahead, you need to choose the C drive from the dropdown menu, then proceed with the cleanup.
- In the next window, hit a click on Temporary files and proceed ahead.
- The process will take ample time till conclusion.
- Once done with that, run QB and check if QuickBooks Error 539 was successfully fixed.
