Tadacip is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and erectile dysfunction (ED) in males. It helps men achieve an erection by increasing blood flow to the penis. It lowers blood pressure in the lungs by relaxing or widening the blood arteries inside them in PAH. About an hour before you intend to have sex, you should take it. Individual differences in productivity mean that working takes anywhere from half an hour to an hour. Take it only as directed by a physician and only if necessary. Even if you feel better or believe it isn't working, continue to take it as directed on a regular basis.
