1. The locator receives poorly

2. The locator fails to connect to the network

3. The locator fails to turn on

4. The locator is offline
There are three reasons for the device to be offline: ① the device is shut down or powered off; ② The device has no signal; ③ The SIM card is overdue.
Identification method: ① Dial the device card number to prompt shutdown, please check the power and equipment indicator; ② When dialing the card number, the message cannot be connected; ③ Dial the card number to prompt the stop.
The solution of equipment shutdown or power failure: ① check whether the line is not powered on at the scene; ② Check whether the card slot is loose on site and reinsert the card; ③ The car to the place where there is a signal, the card will automatically smooth; ④ If none of the above conditions exist, it may be an equipment failure, contact the seller to send it back for testing.
If the device has no signal, the solution is to dial the SIM card number in the device through the mobile phone. 5. The locator cannot be charged
There are three reasons why the positioner cannot be charged: (1) The charging voltage does not match the marked range of the charger; ② Poor contact; ③ No standard charger is used for device charging.

6. The locator does not locate
If the device is not displayed for the first time, the user can observe whether the terminal GPS status indicator is normal according to the instructions. If the GPS indicator is abnormal, the device can be moved to the open air test. If yes, change the installation position. If the device faces up in the open air, the indicator light is still abnormal, then it needs to be returned to the factory for detection.
If the device can be used normally before, suddenly cannot be located. Then you can check whether there are tall buildings around or high voltage lines near the head, because tall buildings or high voltage wires will have a certain shielding effect on GPS signals. You can drive the car to an open place to see if there is any improvement, if it is still not positioned, remove the device and place it in the open air, the same if the GPS indicator light of the device is abnormal, you need to return to the factory for detection.
