I am not necessarily disagreeing with you but I'm pretty certain the coordinator part ought to be super simple considering at least NCAA 14 (I don't know enough about the different ones) has coordinator and a training carousel and the same specific game was made by the exact same specific company...EA! Imo you should be able to make your playbook or only use a regular one (Packers, Bears, Browns, etc.) or simply use a share file that is already at Mut 21 coins. The head coaching role ought to be large but not so large that you don't have any control over your offense. Ex: You receive 9 plays every drama to choose from if you start your coordinator, as you advance and start winning tons of Madden NFL, that number ticks up along with your coach trust (stole this from NCAA) and perform up to become a head coach or move on a function as greatest OC/DC ever.
Their purpose would be you would be able to go more in depth with your own players and the media for one specific place I.E OC/DC. Your WR wants? You centre Madden NFL 21 plan about them and continue to be able to win. Your DE does not feel well? sits out for a game. This sort of stuff which Madden kinda worked on but to much. There is a lot of things that needs fixing including on-field gameplay such as when neither team can pick up the ball and it becomes a soccer match or scrum at the middle of the field or when a player turns into a seal performing tricks and balancing the ball on his mind running down the field. It is shit all around actually and its been like this for many years including broken cash plays. I believe the issue is Madden NFL 21 was shit for so long now it's going to take real money to repair the problems and they waited so long that it's beyond just what the corporation may pay to fix.
Can we not offer the story style Longshot a pass? I hear talks of cheap Madden nfl 21 coins over and over again rather than a mention of Longshit! They put funds into creating a storied manner that no one asked for and discounted franchise. This was just two years of madden that could have seriously helped the franchise mode, but instead gave us a shitty story that among the executives believed could be a cool feature. They know they have to have it to keep the customer base although they clearly do not want you. They know exactly what they're doing and do not have plans to alter.
