I played MUT for 2 years 17-18 and built a 99 ovr team both times without spending and putting a lot of hours into. Today I am a parent so that time has cut short and once I buy madden it's only as me and my brothers all play online and trash talk each other every weekend and mut coins madden 21 frankly that's why I buy it every year as it keeps us in communicating with each other since we are in various states with families, children etc. But do not be hard on yourself. MUT Players aren't the reason why Franchise has been bare and here's proof: 2K comes with an UT known as myteam which is terribly worst than maddens in the microtransactions section.

You HAVE to spend money to construct an adequate team or perform for waaaay to a lot of hours. And even then it is hard since their matchmaking will match you up with a tall ovr team and you've got a bunch of 70s. people pump thousands into that mode, I know Myteam players and they pump 4-5k a year into that mode because you can't build a team with no spending. Yet 2K franchise mode is very profound and nothing new has been added in the past 4 decades.

In the past 4 decades 2K has not touched franchise: it's filled with a numerous amount of menus and options yes but a number of them don't do the job, and nothing new has been inserted on a long time. But before I compose madden off I am eager to find out what they do with a brand new generation of system since the Xbox one / PS4 era has been very bad for madden, because it was pretty deep on Ps3/360.

When you are a kid with no cash but plenty of free time you may spend the hours to construct a staff on the cheap. When you are old and love video games you realize time is money and you have the tools to"skip steps" with money as you don't have 4-5 hours a day to play games but you still want to compete on line. It is a slippery slope and it bugs me that my friends and I could've had the exact same experience playing 3v3 franchise in the base $60 price at a much more balanced playing field. The entire situation is becoming out of hands and I wish to help prevent it before individuals with less funds and severe gambling/gaming addictions legitimately ruin their lives to pad EA's profit margins. Maybe I'm out of line but I overlook the innocent days of gaming for a kid when it did not feel so filthy like everything was about money and market share dominance.

They literally just re-upped the contract that spring. Right EA paid something like $1.5B? EA is sinking their resources to MUT because that is their quickest route to ROI and profit. So long as players keep dumping cash they will say fuck-all else. NFL got paid so what do they care. Even if 80% of the fan base needs franchise mode and only player upgrades, if we just invest $60 base price for Madden 21 thus represent 20 percent of the revenue. guess what? Another 20% of individuals represent 80 percent of their earnings because they're spending a lot on card packs. It's not about the vast majority of people, it's about the majority friendos, of the profit pie graph.

Yup. Would be to boycott Madden 21, but that will not occur. The sad thing is that it's young kids who are addicted to spending money on MUT to get packs, where they may or may not get something good. It gaming. The UK appear to have awakened for this, let's hope whoever regulates EA and Madden does too. But as I said, money makes the world go around, so I'm sure a blind eye will be turned.Yes, I'd say our best chances of things shifting is to view loot boxes (card packs) prohibited in some fashion. However, the US has been lately more lenient and EA's contracts with other rights and all the NFL is based.

Out of curiosity rules surrounding MUT Packs compare to things like Pokemon/YuGiOh/Magic card packs. One is not inclined to be left useless/worthless in 12 months time, and can actually be owned. But just got me thinking, since I remember spending idiotic money on card packs as a kid hoping to get a holographic or uncommon card. Or I figure to maintain in the electronic space? I really don't have experience with this match, but from my understanding the same assumption of buying electronic booster packs in hopes of grabbing a rare card is different.

Not sure but there is nevertheless a gaming facet to it, although I think card packs would make them collectibles. I think if they incorporated physical soccer collectibles or another card manufacturer that would legitimize it. I'm not entirely certain how all that works, I understand in UT it's really only people that would like to pay for that extra edge to win matches online and EA preys on this desire.

I work in the IT industry and should I step back and take a look at some of the products we support I will inform you that it really is. Our company lays the resources out to jobs where the product is the most revenue generating, irrespective of whether that item makes sense to direction or is something they feel strongly in service of. For example, employee assistance programs are resources for people because they simply don't generate revenue and hardly any resources sink into those products. I'm sure the process is similar for EA and that I can't say I blame them if I think that it's ultimately in poor taste and bad for their fan base to rope people into gambling cycles. But, I also think squads was fun AF and that I thoroughly enjoy blackjack. So as far as I disagree I'm as much part of buy Madden 21 coins the problem as anyone else. Playing on humankind's shortcomings is quite lucrative.
