Inspection Method
Apply a vertical pressure of about 2 kilograms to the middle of each tape by hand, and the appropriate sink amount is 20 to 30 mm. If it is not suitable, adjust it in time.
Do not mix the new and the old: When double or more triangle tapes need to be replaced, the specified type of triangle tape should be selected, and the tightness of each group of triangle tapes should be the same. It is not allowed to mix the new and the old or reduce the number of use. Uneven force, even the old V-belt does not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the life of the V-belt.
Cause of fracture
1. After the belt core is used for a long time, the structure is destroyed
2. The belt has poor stretch resistance;
3. The belt's anti-extrusion ability is poor;
4. The wrapping quality of the belt is not good enough;
5. The lengths of the two belts are inconsistent and interfere with each other during operation
