point of our diverse activities are Mind Max Ultra dependent on our sleep. When we examine patients with sleep problems in sleep-labs, we look at the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) which correspond to mind activities all through deep sleep and associated with goals. In standard REM sleep begins after approximately an hour and half of after falling asleep. Most of our goals arise in the course of this phase of sleep. We all dream and it takes really about hours in line with night. For us in my view the time might also take lots.
